The first step involves analyzing your individual needs and requirements, since all events are different. To expedite this process we will need the following information:
- The type and subject of the event in question,
- The venue of the event and the date it is to take place,
- The languages needing to be interpreted,
- The number of participants expected,
- The availability of interpreting equipment (e.g. booths, microphones etc.).
On the basis of your answers, we will then work out a detailed offer which will naturally be provided to you free of charge. Not only will we select the right number of interpreters and match their expertise to ideally suit your needs, but also endeavour to find interpreters in the vicinity of the conference venue in order to minimize costs. Should you accept our offer, we will:
- recruit interpreters,
- translate conference documents,
- forward preparation material to all interpreters of the interpreting team and
- organize the necessary interpreting equipment.
Naturally, any information you provide is privileged and will, thus, be treated confidentially. Furthermore, as consulting interpreters we can give you hands-on advice, e.g. on the best position for the lectern or the interpreting booths.
